• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in high-rise building maintenance, office renovation, and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, office fit-out, workspace planning, and facility maintenance.
• Proven experience in project management, budget control, and vendor management.
• Experience in engineering activities including design review, cost estimation, tendering, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor evaluation.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office applications, and related design tools.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience in Asset Control and management.
• Lead the Technician Support Team in providing office repair, maintenance, and facility support services.
• Manage office design, space planning, and renovation projects, including interior and exterior works, drawing review, and preparation of project Scope of Work (SOW).
• Prepare budget estimates and cost planning for office renovation projects, including architectural, furniture, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors for office renovation, fit-out, relocation, and installation projects.
• Prepare bidding and tender documentation for office installation, renovation, maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
• Lead the administration and operation of corporate telephony systems, including PABX, Zoom Phone, and Microsoft Teams Phone services.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, budget, and timeline to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure office facilities meet operational and business requirements.
• Lead office maintenance and facility support operations.
• Manage office renovation, fit-out, relocation, and workspace improvement projects.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for construction and M&E system works.
• Oversee corporate telephony systems including PABX, Zoom Phone, and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications and vendor relationships.
