Job Scope:

• Develop and implement organization development initiatives based on company goals and priorities i.e. organization effectiveness, organization capability, performance management, talent management, succession planning, culture and change management to meet short and long-term business goals.
• Facilitate, analyze, and formulate people strategy and key HR and people initiatives responded to business direction and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure the successful of business transformation implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years working experience in HR consultant, HR Project Management, organization development, people strategy, performance management, talent management, change management, or related fields, preferable experience from HR leading consulting firm.
• Fluent in English. Good Communication and Strategic Presentation skills (both verbal and written)
