Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing, managing, and nurturing talent, enhancing employee capabilities, and promoting a culture of continuous learning, increasing employee engagement, talent retention, and career development in alignment with company priority and strategy.

Key Responsibility:

• Design and execute Learning & Development strategies, models, learning approach and courses to align with business direction and plan.
• Support driving of business performance through talent management activity such as talent development program by developing talent knowledge, skills, and abilities to retain essential capabilities in the workforce that aligns with company strategy and ultimately maintain business competitiveness.
• Promote Organization Culture and preferred behaviors to support business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Political Science or related functions.
• Minimum 10 years in human resource development, talent development, and organization development, preferably in FMCG experience.
• Good command of English and computer.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation skills as well as people management skills.
• Analytical, goal-oriented skills and certified program for facilitator is preferred.
