Job Summary
Job Description
- Execute technical transaction-based and standard implementation services or sub-projects under supervision of another implementation Project Manager or Manager.
- Administer implementation for all processes and coordinate with key stakeholders ensure completion within the target timeframe.
- Schedule and monitor resources (remote or on site) to keep workflow on track, complete the work and communicates deliverables internally and externally.
- Primary point of contact for customer and/or resources pertaining to the work.
- Provide pre and post-implementation general reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology degree or higher .
- Ability to manage schedule-based tasks, shift priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities based on business need
- Basic technical knowlegde of ICT services.
- Experience in cordinating and client-facing role and the ability to provide highly professional written and verbal communication in a time-sensitive environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
