Bangkok To ensure the development of the company's privacy compliance (PDPA) by initiating the strategies and regulations for risk-based yet business-driven data protection and privacy policy. Advise on legal, operational and technical risks and put in place mitigating controls. Including cooperation with legal, planning, government relations, public relations, operational teams i.e. marketing and engineering departments

• Cordinate with all related teams to identify the sensitive data and implement any control to protect the sensitive data.
• Develop and maintain policies, standard or guidance of Data Protection and Control.
• Provide recommendation or advice on the policies, standard or best practice regard to Data Protection and Control.
• Perform privacy impact assessment to ensure that services and campaigns are in compliance with the relevant legislation as well as internal policy
• Regularly review and monitor Data Protection compliance with relevant legislation and related organizational policies and controls including an internal audit program for Data Protection
• Monitor and advise on improving Data Leakage Protection and other related tools to do data protection process
• Facilitate and manage Data Protection Incident Handling for protection and improvement.
