Builds internal training to enable our business to lead and inspire cross-functional teams that explore and understand our consumers' experiences and unmet needs. Defines consumers through personas/archetypes, JTBD frameworks, journey maps and other tangible and compelling frameworks. Rains the organization to move from abstract to concrete insights.

This role reports to Thailand, Myanmar, Laos - Analytic & Insight leader

How success looks like

Our assignments offer you the chance to create an immediate impact on the business, while you continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. You will work as the comsumer & market knowledge leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities of the role

• Develop fundamental consumer, shopper and market understanding which forms the foundation of all product launches.
• Learn and develop mastery in research techniques and analysis approaches
• Identify growth opportunities on the business, or potential issues in existing business and recommend specific plans
• Work closely with the multifunctional partners to develop winning strategies, communication, and marketing plans
• Translate consumer expertise to enable customer team leaders and help brands win at retail.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor/master's degree in any fields with an excellent academic background
• Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership, have strong analytical thinking skills
• Curious individuals who can make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
• Proficient in English and Thai
• Thai Nationality
