Responsibilities

1. Negotiate terms and conditions for various financial instruments and funding with banks.
2. Analyze financial data and risk factors, and prepare reports for presentation to management.
3. Review and prepare relevant documents for the successful completion of tasks.
4. Manage and monitor the utilization of credit facilities with banks for both the company and its subsidiaries, both domestically and internationally.
5. Closely coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
6. Coordinate and prepare data for credit rating purposes.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
2. Have more than 5 years of working experience in progressively responsible Funding.
3. Ability to lead projects and solve problems under pressure
4. Have a thorough Understand derivatives, investments, bank account management, and international funds flows thoroughly.
5. Strong technical and modeling skills in finance
6. Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Thai and English
