Assistant Vice President, Trade Analyst

- Provide Strategic Insight and Recommendation: Generate actionable insights from market / shopper data and offer strategic recommendations to management team.
- Market and Customer Analysis: Accurately interpret market movement and customer behavior to identify business opportunities and performance gaps.
- Data and Insight Delivery: Manage and develop data dashboards and analytical frameworks, providing timely and accurate support to relevant teams.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, highlighting key areas for improvement and suggesting actionable steps.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and ensuring high performance with adaptability to biz dynamics
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree any fields
At least 8 years of experience in data analysis and insight interpretation
Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in retail
3â5 years of managerial or leadership experience
- Proficient in English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Power BI
Expert in data analysis tools, including Nielsen and AAP
- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives and reporting
