Position : Compensation & Benefits Analyst (International)

Working Location : อาคารไทยเบฟควอเตอร์ (MRT ศูนย์สิริกิติ์)

Working Date : Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 5.00 PM)

Responsibilities :

• Compensation & Job Evaluation
• Conduct job evaluation to determine role value and ensure proper job leveling.
• Define compensation components (base salary, allowances, incentives, benefits) aligned with labor law and company policy.
• Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness through salary surveys and job matching.
• Design and maintain pay structures and salary bands.
• Manage annual salary review, bonus planning, and merit increase cycles.
• Summarize grading structures and recommend adjustments where necessary.
• Routine Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and monitor regular reports on headcount, cost, and employee benefits.
• Apply analytical methods and formulas (pivot tables, data models) to generate insights.
• Support management with workforce analytics and HR reports.
• Workforce Planning & Budget Control

• Support in the development of C&B policies and ensure compliance with labor law.
• Participate in strategic HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (large org./MNC preferred)
• Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Excel/Power BI
• Fluent in English
