• The Role
• We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Partnerships Executive who will play
• a key role in scaling our efforts. You will directly contribute to our sales growth strategy,
• working closely with the Founding team and the sales team to identify new opportunities
• and establish lasting partnerships with global clients.
• This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role with a focus on client outreach, relationship
• building, and closing deals. Notable clients we ve worked with include The Supreme
• Committee for Delivery and Legacy (Qatar World Cup 2022), The Economist, SALT
• Brewery, and Lunar.
• Sales and Outreach: Identify new prospects, build relationships, and manage
• the sales cycle through to closing.
• CRM Management: Effectively use CRM tools (Hubspot) to track leads, monitor
• progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Work within a collaborative team environment,
• supporting sales targets and co-managing deals as appropriate.
• KPI Achievement: Work towards individual and collective KPIs, ensuring sales
• targets are met, and performance is tracked accurately.
• Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring
• successful ongoing partnerships and exploring new opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare presentations, proposals, and assist in the
• creation of contracts and tenders.
• Sales Process Refinement: Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales
• processes and refine partnership strategies.
• 4+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in sales, partnership generation,
• and closing B2B deals.
• CRM Expertise: Experience with sales automation tools, especially Hubspot,
• and the ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with
• the ability to create compelling narratives.
• Client-Centric: Passion for nurturing client relationships and ensuring long-term
• satisfaction.
• Growth Mindset: Ability to identify market trends, capitalize on sales
• opportunities, and scale partnerships.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments and capable of adapting sales

• Experience in Sustainability or Social Impact: Ideally, experience working
