Quality Assurance Associate - CS (6-Month Contract)
āļāļĩāđāļāļīāļāļāļąāļResponsibilities:
- Maintain and develop internal support and call center quality standards
Review a subset of support agentsâ conversations (calls, emails, chat, etc.) - Assess support interactions based on internal standards.
- Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback.
- Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings.
- Analyze all customer service metrics (e.g. CSAT, SLA) and how the support teamâs performance affects those KPIs.
- Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support.
- Monitor customer service performance on the agent and team level.
- Report support teamâs performance to higher-ups.
- Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years experience in the customer service space
- Fully fluent in Thai and English.
- Able to work on a flexible 5-on 2-off work schedule.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
- Good customer, procedure focus, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and diligent attributes.
- Great team player with the ability to work with others (compromisation).
- Proven track record of analytical skills.
- Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback.
- Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality.
