Talent Development Associate
ที่บางกอก สมาร์ทการ์ด ซิสเทม จำกัด- Contact and process all the related tasks to ensure the talents are managed with good experience prior and during working with VGI Digital Lab
- Understand talent requirement and suggest on key necessary functions, role and responsibility to ensure minimal duplication
- Support talent development programs including career roadmap, skill development programs
- Ensure the timeliness and completion of agreed KPI setting and guide team lead on talent management
- Liaise internal and external communication to maintain team spirit to drive company's business objectives
- 3 years of experience in talent development field
- Passionate and highly motivated to be part of VGI transformation. Be the culture and lead the culture.
- Strong communication skill to lead team, groom and manage talents in service industry
- High interpersonal skills to set up KPIs, evaluation, incentivize to ensure every department have high moral in delivering the business revenue goal
- Proficient background and understanding in advertising industry, digital agency with connections with talents will be considered competitive advantages as the use of outsource Head Hunt agencies is not optional at this stage
- Ability to interact and influence across all organizational levels, including management and operation team
- Thai and English literate
