We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Executive in our Bangkok Office in Thailand

• Handle inbound service calls, e-mails, Live Chat from customers who are requesting assistance
• • Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services to meet the customers' specific needs

• • Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues

• • Provide quality service to the customer at all times via all the channels and follow through customers' enquiries and suggestions.

• • Responsible to prepare and send reports on Supervisor, Customer complaints/CRM/issues on the weekly/monthly basis to Supervisor.

• • To ensure that all requests/enquiries are responded within the service level agreement.

• • To be able to organize, participate, handle and/or carry out customer service functions/responsibilities related to company events as required.

• • To be proactive, flexible and creative in problem-solving.

• Thai nationality
• • Male or female / 25-35 years old

• • Bachelor's degree in any field

• • Minimum 1 year of working experience in call center or client support

• • Fluent to communicate in both of Thai and English

• • Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed
