Head of Business Process Management Department (VP/SVP)
āļāļĩāđāļāļāļēāļāļēāļĢāļāļĢāļļāļāļĻāļĢāļĩāļāļĒāļļāļāļĒāļē āļāļģāļāļąāļ (āļĄāļŦāļēāļāļ)- Responsible for business process analysis, design, and optimization to enable routine delivery of exceptional performance and positive business results through improving reliability, increasing simplicity, and enable growth.
- Implement processes initiatives to enhance cross-enterprise integration.
- Apply business process improvement methodologies; e.g., Lean Six Sigma per the problem characteristics.
- Determine key process input variables, conduct statistical data analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and proposed elegant resolutions.
- Assist in driving the bank-wide processes and their future roadmap to drive efficiency, customer experience, and control while enhancing cross-enterprise integration.
- Maintain and track the overall organization process improvement/digitization progress.
- Manage the re-generation process and automation center of excellence (COE) and help ensure the bank-wide governance of the best practice.
- Explore and identify new innovative technology or solution for process re-engineering/digitization/automation or able to come up with a revolutionize idea. (E.g., OCR, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), cognitive AI, data driven decision making).
- Work closely with the bank regulations and procedures management department to ensure a continuous improvement loops of the bank processes.
- Coach and develop project team members.
- Control and manage the departmental budget.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, other engineering, related science, operations management, MBA or Master's degree in engineering is a plus
- Expertise in business process improvement methodology; e.g., Lean Six Sigma with statistical data analysis (Certified Lean Master, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt)
- Experience in multi-project managements with cross functional departments (Experience in multi-national environment is a plus)
- Able to manage several concurrent high exposure projects where process is always a large component of them and deal with multiple stakeholders
- Swiftly understand business perspectives, user requirements and key performance output variables associated with the assigned projects
- Strong project organization, facilitation, and communications skills to engage all stakeholders at all levels of the organization and lead/coach project team (English communications proficiency is a must)
- Working experience in service industry (Especially, financial service; i.e., banking, financial institutes or insurance companies is a plus)
- Strong logical thinking and able to slice the problems and attack from multiple angles
- Experience with Robotic process automation (RPA) and/or process workflow system. Experience in establishing the governance and structure of RPA center of excellence (COE) is a great plus
