Customer service for Reservation Department
ที่เอ็กเซล ทรานสปอร์ต อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด- Responsible for all customer service activities as assigned accounts under our quality policy
- Ensure customer is being served with highest satisfaction
- Attend assigned customer enquiries and response in a timely manner with accurate information
- Co-ordinate with airline and / or customer to ensure space booking and smooth of delivery to destination as customer requirement.
- Co-ordinate with sales team of airline pricing team to obtain ad hoc or spot quotation
- Co-ordinate with other departments eg, custom clearance , transport or subcontractors to arrange delivery
- Handle customer complaint, Incidents and irregularities
- Fulfill cost & revenue to complete job charge in time frame
- Arrange for additional service upon customer request
- Provide customer service report to manager
- Contribute new ideas for improvement periodically
- Age 22-28 years old, Male or Female
- Experience in related field is advantaged
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Language skill : Good command both in English and Thai
- Computer literate MS office.
- Service minded, good communication both Thai and English and interpersonal skill
- Work under pressure within time frame of each unit concern.
