• Serve and process foreign trade transactions for customers who require trade finance services. Provide initial guidance on application procedures, receive customer feedback and comments, and identify opportunities to improve service quality.

• Maintain and file credit approval memorandums and related customer profile documents.
• Bachelor's degree or preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Trade Finance or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of international trade products and services, with basic knowledge of credit products and approval processes.
