Job Description:
- Partner closely with Local Product and Regional Product teams to support the development and enhancement of product features.
- Gather, consolidate, and prioritize business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable product briefs or requirement documents.
- Act as the key point of contact between business teams and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives, requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Support the end-to-end development process of assigned features, from requirement collection and scoping to launch readiness.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute A/B testing and other experiments in collaboration with product teams to validate hypotheses and optimize feature performance.
- Monitor feature performance and user behavior, and derive insights to improve feature adoption, engagement, and business impact.
- Work on marketing initiatives for assigned features to drive awareness, usage, and contribution to company growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, business, and analytics teams to ensure successful rollout and scaling of product features.
- Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and updates for stakeholders on feature progress, test results, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2â5 years of experience in product growth, business strategy, product operations, marketing, or project management.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements for product teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, especially product, business, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
