• Quickly learning the business of the company, and be able to respond to customers in a timely and accurate manner according to the knowledge base, and provide standard service for customers;
• Collect and learn block chain industry information in a timely manner, assist in collecting customer demand information, and propose improvement suggestions for service work;
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels (e.g. telephone, WeChat, mail, etc.) to achieve service maintenance and guidance purpose;
• Fill in the shift diary carefully, and the next one will be completed and unresolved.

• Proficiency in Chinese-Thai / English-Thai, listening+speaking+reading and writing
• Main service language: China, English, Thailand, choose one; Mastering multilingual is a plus;
• Good communication skills, quick grasp of user needs, flexible strain capacity, relevant service and block chain industry experience are preferred;
• Be calm and careful, have a strong understanding ability, be humble and gentle, and have a strong sense of control and positive learning attitude;
• Proficient in office software.
