Your Role and Responsibilities
The Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam Security Manager is directly responsible for implementing risk assessment, physical security, investigations, and emergency management programs identified in the Kyndryl Corporate Security Manual in the countries of Thailand and Vietnam.


Key Duties:

Align security and emergency programs with Kyndryl Business Objectives.
Manage the integrated security organization in Thailand and Vietnam and assist in ensuring that standardized security processes; full implementation of Corporate Security implemented tools and programs and eliminating non-core mission activities.
Ensure that all probable and one time high consequence risks to Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam business operations are identified and mitigating measures implemented to reduce risk.
Ensure that Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam facilities meet established Kyndryl Corporate Security Manual requirements and oversee the management of all Kyndryl Corporate Security Databases and oversee the effectiveness of the Management Self Assessment and Security Business Controls mechanisms.
Ensure that the Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam are properly accomplishing incident, Crisis Management Team and hotline reporting and that incident and other investigative reports are proper in format and terminology as established by the Corporate Headquarters.
Manage client security programs through delivery teams to ensure that contracted security requirements are properly implemented and to assist delivery teams with client audits of customer areas. This also includes Strategic Outsourcing engagements.
Participate in liaison with external bodies, including law enforcement, government, and other companies' security functions, and continue to build and promote personal contacts with the authorities to maximize our preparedness against possible external threats.
Provide investigative advice and participate in major case investigations as required.
Maintain regular liaison with other Kyndryl entities involved with investigations, to include, HR, Internal Audit, AP and Corporate Kyndryl Security Investigative teams.
Support audit programs for external and internal Kyndryl clients.
Oversee the Executive Protection Program for Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam.
Oversee the Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam Country Security and Emergency Planning Awareness Programs.
Keep the Asia Pacific Security Director, Kyndryl Security Corporate Headquarters and local executive management advised of risk, security and emergency management issues that could impact on Kyndryl Thailand and Vietnam business operations.

  • 7-10 years Industrial Security Experience
  • Bachelors Degree Holder
  • Comprehensive knowledge of physical and information security domains such as risk management, investigations, crisis management, incident response.
  • Experience in Multinational Companies preferred
  • Certified Protection Professional or equivalent certification preferred
  • Very Strong Intrapersonal Skills with established ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Security Technologies Access Systems, IP Camera CCTV's Network Video Recorders, Security Operation Centers
  • Fluency in Thai and English. Fluency in Vietnamese would be a plus
