Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Officer to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The
Order Processing Officer will be responsible for managing the processing of customer orders from
receipt to delivery. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate
fulfillment of orders, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the system
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Communicate order status to customers and internal stakeholders as needed
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order processing
• Continuously monitor and improve order processing procedures and systems
• Generate and maintain reports related to order processing and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Fluency in Thai and English languages
