We are looking for someone who has experienced in job architecture and thrives in analyzing and communicating data efficiently.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will report to the Total Rewards Director and bring his or her prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, as well as relevant experience to the role. You will work closely with the strong team in place and with other People functions such as Talent Acquisition and HRBP to ensure a coordinated approach to talent attraction and retention. This individual will also play a role in partnering with business leaders across Agoda.

This role is based in our Bangkok office which is in the heart of the city; we welcome both local and international applications for this role.

In this Role, You'll:

• Design, implement and maintain practical Job architecture solutions to establish a strong and consistent foundation across various business functions in Agoda
• Partner effectively with business leaders and other stakeholders to address rewards problems; provide innovative and practical solutions.
• Conduct and review compensation benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive, fair and effective compensation packages
• Provide clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to leadership through presentations, and regular reviews.
• Assist in compensation review cycles to deliver highly accurate and timely results
• Support the management of personnel costs in alignment with Agoda's financial plan

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• A background in Job architecture, job evaluation and compensation are high desirable
• Bachelor's degree required
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel; good, working proficiency in related programs
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required
• Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
• Proven, deep analytic and problem-solving skills
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
• Good fit with our highly multi-cultural, fast-innovating environment
• Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change
• Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills a must
