Corporate Strategy Specialist
āļāļĩāđāļāļāļēāļāļēāļĢāļāļĢāļļāļāļĻāļĢāļĩāļāļĒāļļāļāļĒāļē āļāļģāļāļąāļ (āļĄāļŦāļēāļāļ)1. Job Purpose
· Under general supervision, plans, conducts and supervises involving strategic formulation and alignment, initiative management, test and adapt, strategic monitoring.
2. Major Accountabilities
âĒ Facilitate session for KA strategic formulation and translation (Strategy, Strategy map, Balance Score Card (BSC), initiatives and budget) that guide action for effective cause-and-effect strategic execution and align KA corporate strategy with business functions
âĒ Identify and collect data and information, which includes develop strategic database, to perform analysis to support strategic formulation and test and adapt (Industry analysis, Customer value analysis, Competitor analysis, SWOT, Environmental scan (PESTEL), Competitive scan(SWOT) and strategic issues, Balanced Scored card, Analytic studies of strategic hypotheses, Define the synergies from cross functional, Emergent strategies, Profitability report/analysis,
âĒ Consolidate and prepare KA strategic performance report, squads performance report and communicate to SMT through PDCA, monthly BOD meeting and a routine management meeting.
âĒ Facilitate squad funding management through consolidate squad visions, roadmaps and measurement outcome and work with finance team to get budget approval, required to execute the strategy.
âĒ Facilitate/ lead cross functional initiatives under supervision to ensure corporate strategy execution.

5. Job Qualification
- Bachelor/ Masterâs degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of total experiences
