Role and Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale SAP implementation projects and ensure it's aligned with best practice solutions.
• Work and coordinate across all workstreams to ensure there are no blockers or obstacles to the delivery.
• Support the delivery team to maintain their delivery pace. Provide guidances to improve the delivery processes if needed.
• Hands-on for maintaining and implementing SAP integrations and implementations. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices of the solutions, including best practice in the implementation.
• Work with product vendors and service providers to understand their offerings and strengths in order to develop pragmatic solutions to solve client’s business challenges.
• Identify and address client needs, actively participate in client discussions and meetings, and manage engagements.
• Participate in sales / pre-sales and business development activities if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT project implementation with at least 7 years in leading large team for the delivery of large-scale SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.
• Have understanding of technical knowledge and experience in SAP implementation.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation.
• Possess strong business and consulting acumen.
• Possess strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
