Key Responsibility:

• Gathering software requirement with business user
• Develop Software Design Specification
• Develop enhancement and any report request from business requirement
• Support , investigate issue and provide solution for solving incidents
• Manage, small project, consult and control Vendor / outsource
• Diagnostic, troubleshoot and escalate incidents to related team
• Coordinate to related support team both internal and external team
• Take full responsibility as system owner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology, Computer science or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in the related jobs as Programmer or System analyst of application support
• Able to troubleshoot and solve basic problem.
• Good knowledge in programming skill [Shell script, Unix command, Windows batch script]
• Good knowledge in Database skill [SQL, Oracle & Store procedure]
• Good customer service skills
• Good command of spoken, listening and written English
• Enjoy working as a team, good attitude and fast learning
• Have knowledge in Replenishment/sale forecast/warehouse system would be advantage
