About the role

The Sales Specialist focuses on maximizing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and hospitality partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of venue spaces, food & beverage packages for parties, celebrations, corporate events, and private functions
• Identify and attract new clients, particularly international customers, corporate groups, event organizers, and high-value customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat bookings and long-term business
• Handle the end-to-end sales process, from client inquiry, quotation and negotiation to booking confirmation and follow-up
• Work closely with Event and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and excellent customer experience
• Develop sales promotions and packages with the Marketing team to increase venue bookings and F&B revenue
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets

About you

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Sale Event Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industries
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly international and corporate clients
• Passionate about F&B, entertainment, and social events
• Basis in English Skill
