Key Responsibilities :


1. Support the design and implementation of Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including Performance Management System (PMS), Career Path, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.


2. Develop and maintain OD dashboards and reports covering PMS results, talent pool status, succession readiness, and employee development progress.


3. Analyze HR and OD data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations related to talent development, succession readiness, and organizational capability.


4. Develop and maintain OD frameworks, templates, tools, and related databases — including PMS/KPIs, Talent Pool, and development plans — to enable consistent execution across business units, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability.


5. Coordinate OD-related activities, meetings, and communications with internal stakeholders — including HRBPs and Business Unit leaders — to ensure smooth execution and consistent rollout of OD initiatives, while tracking implementation progress and following up on key action items.


Qualification :


1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


2. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Performance Management Systems PMS, Talent Management, Succession Planning, or other Organization Development (OD) and HR-related projects.

3. Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Power BI is preferred.


4. Detail-oriented with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Able to work under pressure, adapt to a dynamic environment, and collaborate effectively across teams.
