Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage the company’s Total Rewards framework to align with business strategy and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

• Manage compensation and bonus budgets, including Pay-for-Performance programs.

• Develop and implement Total Rewards and benefits policies that effectively address employee needs and enhance engagement.

• Conduct Job Evaluation in a systematic and structured manner to support compensation management and decision-making.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on compensation, rewards strategy, and related matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of job evaluation methods, salary surveys, and market pricing.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
