Your main priority is to manage in Application management project related to Web Application and Software Package which process flown from Implement. You will support which method relate with Agile methodology including of act as Team lead for Application support team when face the incidents to provide some guideline and manage decision for solving problem for customer in PTT Groups.

• Getting requirement with Key User or Business Owner
• Summary all requirement in project
• Participation in software product definition, including business case or gap analysis
• Briefing SA about scope of work in Project
• Preparation/Execution UAT Phase with Key User
• Preparation/Execution training phase to End User
• Analysis requirement and Gap Analysis in Business process. RTM (Mapping business & technical) Level 1 (Describe to client requirements in highly specified require from business to technical).
• Control requirements, Review Technical Requirement and Prepare Training & Materials (Lead)

• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor (with GPA at least 2.75) or Master degree in Business Computer, Business -
• Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least 3 years experience in Business Analysis
• Background in it field is preferable such as C#, .Net, Share point
• Strong understand in Business process of Organization
• Good communication and Good working as a team
• Adaptive and Problem-Solving issue
• Having Data analytic skill is a plus
• Strong command of English (Required TOEIC score at least 550)
