âĒ Ownership of the commercial P&L for responsible markets
âĒ To expand existing business in the assigned markets, recognizing market opportunities and constraints.
âĒ To identify and evaluate new business opportunities for the company.
âĒ To be the point of contact for retailers, wholesalers, distributors sales personnel to access brand materials and even develop additional materials for specific local market needs, within brand guidelines.
âĒ To manage all projects within budget, and in a timely fashion and therefore provide significant added value where budgeted for.
âĒ Must work extremely well with the local distributor and wider marketing team to understand and support their needs.
âĒ Responsible for quality control and consistent execution of brand identity on all brands (including the corporate IBHL brand).
âĒ To communicate the companyâs goals and objectives to distributors.
âĒ To undertake public relations activities and field sales visits with distributors.
âĒ To attend key events and consumer focused trade shows in the territory, working with distributors to build brand awareness.
âĒ Measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations that will continually improve return on marketing investment for the business.
âĒ Provide effective trade channel support that can engage and leverage wholesaler, retailer and distributor networks and achieve their buy in to support our programs and so build scale.
âĒ To act in the role of the Companyâs brand ambassador in assigned markets
Qualification (āļāļļāļāļŠāļĄāļāļąāļāļī)
âĒ Min 5 years of experience in the FMCG / alcohol industry
âĒ Having proven success in managing field sales or dealers and significant experience across multiple retail channels (i.e. traditional trade, on & off trade, and modern trade.
âĒ Have the experience to manage a distributor or authorized dealer model
âĒ Background in spirits, either through professional experience or personal interest.
âĒ Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
âĒ Able to travel often and work flexible time.
