Position Summary

• Business & Data Analysis

Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

Develop analytical models and business insights to support strategic planning and performance optimization.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business challenges and management requests.

• Dashboard & Performance Reporting

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to monitor business KPIs.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of online business performance and strategic initiatives.

Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and data visibility.

• Cross-functional Business Partnership

Collaborate with Business Units, Online Business, Finance, Operations, and Regional/Headquarters teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

Support business planning, forecasting, and performance review activities through meaningful analysis.

Act as a trusted business partner by providing analytical support for key business initiatives.

• Data Management & Governance

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and databases.

Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality control to maintain reliable business information.

Recommend improvements to data management processes and reporting standards.

• Executive Presentation & Strategic Insights

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for management.

Prepare executive reports, presentation materials, and business review documents for management meetings.

Present key business insights and performance updates to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, Power Query, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other Business Intelligence and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling, dashboard development, and KPI management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
