Responsibility

  Collect, validate, and clean logistics data from transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency for effective analysis.

  Monitor and track the data collection process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly logistics performance reports.

  Analyze logistics data to identify trends, performance gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and logistics operations.

  Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and collaborate with relevant teams to propose and implement actionable improvements for enhanced efficiency.

  Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and logistics trends to provide clear insights for management and stakeholders.

  Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or departments, ensuring delivery of relevant and accurate information to support decision-making.

  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and IT—to improve supply chain processes, support logistics-related projects, and enhance data integration and reporting automation.

  Track the progress and impact of logistics projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting risk identification and mitigation planning through data analysis.

  Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in logistics and supply chain analytics to continuously improve processes and analytical capabilities.

  
  

• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing analytical input and helping optimize logistics workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, facilitate reliable data access, and provide timely and effective analytical support.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Supply Chain and Logistic Management or in a field related to data.
• 3-5 years of experience or internships in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis preferred.

• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain principles.

• Familiarity with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

• Basic understanding of ERP or logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, TMS) is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
