Responsibilities
• Managing the construction process for all company projects including the selection and management of the project teams, including architects and contractors.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Management, Engineering Management or any related field.
• Minimum 15 years strong experiences in construction management and real estate development
• Possessing a license for professional practice
• Thoroughly understand construction management including financial management.
• Good interpersonal skill strong negotiation skills in construction field.
