• At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in IT
• Exp. in insurance industry preferred
• Scale Agile certificate is an advantage.

Job Purpose
In order to “Change the way people feel about insurance”, we have embarked into the journey of Agile Transformation Scrum Master is the vital role in Agile Mindset This position is focusing on guiding and improving the Agile teams on their processes and quality of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Scrum Master for the transformation Office and company, to facilitate the use of Agile mindset and Scale Agile as the foundation principle in delivering business value.
• Act as the Scrum Master of the Transformation Office and Agile
• teams in enterprise level.
• The Scrum Master’s purview is multi team, starting up new teams, mentoring agile team and looking out toward the wider organization.
• Observe and improve the work processes and practices, based on Agile mindset and Scale Agile to better fit our environment and ecosystem.
• Monitor to guarantee the application of SCRUM practices (e.g., Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, etc.) and ensures that the effectiveness of Agile execution processes and ceremonies for the teams and its adoption properly to teams
• Communicate with stakeholders, and work closely with PO and team members to maximize delivery efficiency while balancing the continuous process improvement.
• Help the team to focus on product delivery and SCRUM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any areas (IT is a plus)
• At least 3 years of work as a Scrum Master in IT related fields. Experience in insurance industry is preferred.
• Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
• Scale Agile certificate is an advantage.
