About the job
With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have knowledgeable, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
As a Manager, you will anticipate market trends, identify customer needs, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will be central to setting the strategy for the Thai market and work with market teams to align on the vision for the wider market. You will set high standards and define the business culture, assess the structure and strategy of the business, and be a thought leader in both Thailand and Southeast Asia. You will define how to optimize growth and drive team performance and product/solution enhancements to deliver an excellent experience to Google's customers and business performance at scale.

- Lead a team of sales representatives within Google Customer Solutions and work to help Thai advertisers grow. Inspire and motivate a team that will work with customers.
- Use coaching as a core strategic tool to develop team skills and deliver on business results.
- Ensure that the team is always up-to-date with digital marketing advancements. Develop and implement strategies for success.
- Deliver on goals for the markets and drive business performance to meet growth expectations. Design and iterate workflows across teams and operational plans for large-scale ideas.
- Collaborate across Thailand, Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific, and global teams to both learn and share best practices and drive broader success.
