Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of relevant experience working in online ad sales, business-development, media account management, consulting or similar area.
Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, opportunities and solutions, and develop strategic business plans and presentations.
Action-oriented with a track record to deliver results and accomplish objectives in a timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to actively collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Thrives in ambiguity, able to try out new approaches to deliver innovative approaches to problems.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As an Agency Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with agency representatives and advocate new Google products and technologies throughout the agency. You will identify business growth and business-development opportunities, and develop and manage relationships within the agencies. You will also collaborate with Google's Direct Sales teams to exchange knowledge regarding client needs in specific industry sectors.
You will provide the highest level of client service to our agency partners, and will develop Google solutions to drive business growth for customers.You will be the go-to expert and trusted advisor on any Google products related topics. You will develop your specialist skills by staying on top of the latest training material and industry trends, as well as interacting with global experts on an ongoing basis. You will gain broad exposure to many Google products and cross-functional teams as we identify and implement solutions that best suit the unique needs of these agency partners and customers.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the worlds biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a birds eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities
Support annual planning for agency clients, and be accountable for clients campaign and product goals.
Establish and solidify relationship with account and business executives at assigned agency clients.
Take responsibility for managing the book of business of specific agency clients/area, from planning and pitching to reporting.
Identify and prioritize opportunities and pitch strategies/suggestions to existing agency clients. Improve their campaigns performance, create keywords, ad groups, account structure, and budget recommendations to tap the account potential through close collaboration and consultative approaches.
Develop detailed Google Ads campaign proposals for new advertisers.
