Job Responsibilities:

· Managing, propelling the construction project to be completed according to the objective with quality, on time and budget, efficiency, safety, health and environment and satisfaction of related parties, including responsibility in accordance with the law and regulations.

· Closely monitor and control construction performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.

· Manage and supervise consultant and contractor relationships, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and project objectives.

· Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely manner.

· Facilitate seamless collaboration within the project team, contractors, and with stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and address site-specific challenges.

· Develop and implement construction management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and standardization.

· Managing the resources to be highest benefit, efficiency, safety and good cooperation to achieve the same goal.

· To be role model for team on situation leadership and able to coach team on technical and soft skills, ensuring capability development and knowledge transfer within the team.

Job Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or related fields.

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in site management, construction management or related fields, of which 5 years’ experience in management level.

· Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and construction in oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG facilities, power plant or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of construction management, technical skills, methodology, materials, and regulations of terminal facilities, including storage tanks, pipelines, marine systems, and safety protocols.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Good command in English (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).

· Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.

· The workplace is in Rayong.
