• Perform operations to ensures 24/7 high availability for all the production databases system.
• Troubleshoot, advise and being hands-on on databases and servers during critical incidents.
• Secure and advise database by follow current policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assess and plan to upgrades obsoleted database version and coordinate with all related party to deliver good database service to business.
• Day to day database operation support and monitoring.
