We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist (Manager) to lead the monitoring and observability strategy for our next-generation Core Banking platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure monitoring and observability initiatives.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions for servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud platforms.

• Manage monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, or similar.

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and proactive alerting to improve system performance.

• Automate monitoring and operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.

• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Vendor teams to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, or Enterprise Monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, Cloud (AWS/Azure), OpenShift/Kubernetes, and infrastructure architecture.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and automation tools.

• Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
