Workplace Area: Near J-Park, Chonburi Working Hour: 5 days working in Mon-Sun, 4 Shift (8 hours) per day. 6:00- 15:00/ 10:00-19:00/ 14:00-23:00/ 22:00-07:00

• Receiving incoming call and give the necessary information to the customer
• Welcome new customer and existing customer when they visit reception
• Serve tea and coffee when customer visit reception
• Respond any requests from customer in professional way
• Coordinate with sales team, engineer team, accounting team well in according to customer's inquiry
• Record customer information in the report
• Coordinate with facility engineer to solve the facility's problem quickly
• Other task might be assigned

• Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 27-33 years old
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 year's working experience in hospitality, customer service field
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
• Advanced conversation level of English (High)
• Be able to work in night shift and also work on Sat-Sun
• Have Good customer oriented mind and Hospitality mind
• <Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Japanese language skill is high advantage
