Develop and run CRM action Plan to improve standard of service operation procedure for delivery & installation and after sales service team to increase customer's satisfaction.

Work Information Location: Head office Soi Sukhumvit 66/1 (Near BTS Udomsuk) Date: Mon – Fri Time: 08.30 - 18.30

• Planning CRM action plan for over all function includes Delivery & Installation, CRM admin and after sales service.
• Manage and Control Delivery and Installation High-end furniture Plan to increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and Summary customer satisfaction report in order to improve day-to-day operation to meet organization's standard.
• Manage after sales service such as claim and repair process.
• Manage Customers complain and find out an appropriate solution to customers.
• Develop service standard and improve skills for Delivery and installation team.

• Males or Female 30 - 45 years old
• 5 years experience in CRM or After sales service Manager Level (having Furniture industry Background or taking care of high-end customers would be an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of the English language
• CRM and after Sales service Knowledge (Logistic and CRM Analysis)
