What's your role in the team?

We are looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to produce scalable software for native mobile apps. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Lead Mobile Developer, you should be comfortable around Native iOS and Native Android app development, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

  • Work across the native mobile app development, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
  • Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
  • Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design
  • You will efficiently use and champion DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software, advocating devops culture
  • Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Who are we looking for?

  • At Least 5 years experience in building new mobile application experiences for the native Android and iOS platform.
  • You are well versed using two or more mobile development languages (Swift, Kotlin, Dart, Javascript, etc.) coupled with experience in UI development using mobile SDKs and UI frameworks (Swift UI, Jetpack Compose, Flutter, etc.)
  • Experience working with tools like Segment, Firebase & AWS
  • You have worked with software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration.
