• Event Management (Primary Responsibility).
• Lead the planning and execution of workshops, small events, partner activities, and pop-up experiences.
• Develop event briefs, timelines, production plans, and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, venues, malls, and partners.
• Prepare necessary documentation including quotations, PR/PO, and comparison sheets.
• Supervise event setup and teardown, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
• Prepare post-event reports including KPIs, photos, and key learnings.
• Technogym Southern (Phuket) Marketing Lead (Primary Responsibility).
• Act as the main marketing contact for Technogym Phuket.
• Plan and coordinate local marketing activities, collaborations, and events with hotels, residences, and wellness partners.
• Ensure all regional executions align with Technogym Thailand and HQ brand guidelines.
• Support content requests, event proposals, and weekly updates (KPIs, progress, issues).
• Daily Marketing Coordination.
• Track progress of assigned activities and flag issues or delays when necessary.
• Coordinate with sales and showroom teams for campaign alignment and asset readiness.
• Work with suppliers on production, event setup, photography, and videography.
• Handle PR/PO processes, quotations, comparison sheets, and documentation accuracy.
• Support to Marketing Manager.
• Assist in monitoring team workflow, deadlines, and task progress across both brands.
• Prepare documents, summaries, and preliminary reviews prior to final approval.
• Coordinate cross-brand projects to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in lifestyle, luxury, wellness, or consumer brands.
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional presentation skills and confidence in representing premium brands.
