In this role, you will bridge financial domain knowledge with modern backend technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that support mission-critical business operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for financial applications.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery, including unit testing, code quality, security best practices, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical recommendations and design best-practice procedures for the team and end-users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, QA, and business teams to deliver impactful features and solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale backend systems.
• Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in securities brokerage or asset management (3-5 years).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design principles, and distributed systems.
