• ตัดต่อวิดีโอสำหรับช่องทางออนไลน์ (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) ให้มีจังหวะและอารมณ์ที่เหมาะกับแพลตฟอร์ม
• ออกแบบลำดับเรื่องราว (Storytelling) ให้กระชับ ดึงดูด และเข้าใจง่าย
• สร้าง Hook ที่ทำให้คนดูอยากดูต่อภายในไม่กี่วินาทีแรก
• ปรับแต่งภาพ แสง สี เสียง และกราฟิกให้เหมาะสมกับคอนเทนต์แต่ละประเภท
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมครีเอทีฟและโปรดิวเซอร์เพื่อให้ได้งานตรงคอนเซปต์
• สามารถบริหารเวลาและส่งมอบงานได้ตามกำหนด
• มีประสบการณ์ตัดต่อวิดีโออย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขา นิเทศศาสตร์, ดิจิทัลมีเดีย, ศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• (ยินดีพิจารณาผู้สมัครที่มีประสบการณ์โดดเด่นและ Portfolio น่าสนใจเป็นพิเศษ)
• เชี่ยวชาญโปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอ เช่น Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
• เข้าใจรูปแบบคอนเทนต์ออนไลน์และแนวโน้มของ Social Media
• มีทักษะการเล่าเรื่องที่กระชับ จังหวะการตัดต่อดี และสามารถสร้าง Hook ดึงดูดผู้ชมได้
• หากมีทักษะด้าน Motion Graphics หรือ Animation เบื้องต้น จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและส่งมอบงานได้ตามเวลา
• ต้องมี Portfolio แสดงผลงานวิดีโอสั้น / โฆษณา / คอนเทนต์ออนไลน์.

• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ แต่ก็มีตรรกะ ความคิดที่เป็นเหตุเป็นผล.
• เข้าใจลูกค้า มีความรับผิดชอบ ชอบทำงานเป็นทีม.
• ชอบเรียนรู้ไม่หยุดนิ่ง เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองได้ตลอดเวลา.
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี.

• ทำ artwork ตัดต่อ VDO.
• Generate creative ideas.
• Produce professional creative event design, including stage design, and decorative items to create the event atmosphere, digital banner, content, artwork, VDO editing.
• Produce professional creative POSM such as marketing material.
• Degree or diploma in design or related discipline 2 - 5 years of experience for an event communication agency and/or digital agency.

• Photoshop and Illustrator are essential, hand sketch skill will be an advantage.
