• Experience with Fintech products and AI (Artificial Intelligence) use in design is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer.
• Experience in the full spectrum of UX and UI design activities, which includes UX research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, user testing.
• Proficient in collaborative design tools such as Figma, Mural, etc.
• A good understanding of the design implementation as opposed to just delivering a proof of concept (POC) design.
• Experience with responsive design and UI handoff.
• Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Associate/Bachelor/Master s degree in design fields (e.g., graphic, communication, media, industrial), computer science, HCI, psychology, marketing, etc.; and/or certification in UX/UI.
