Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond Quickly: Provide a fast response to service issues and reporting needs.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to build an IT infrastructure for the Dealer Management System that meets all requirements.
• Maintain Operations: Manage the IT infrastructure to keep the system running smoothly every day.
• Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve the root causes of system problems to prevent recurrence.
• Document: Understand system requirements to create and update documentation for the IT infrastructure.
• Communicate: Coordinate with IT users and system owners to ensure the Dealer Management System meets standard requirements.
• Resolve Issues: Work with others to solve problems permanently.
• Provide and Recommend: Suggest infrastructure and new technology solutions to improve system performance, security and scalability.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Has a skill or knowledge in Cloud environment (Azure Cloud is preferred)
• Infrastructure Server operations and configuration changes for server operating systems including Windows or Linux, network requirements, and system configuration.
• Basic knowledge for Web service, Database services, reporting services and network
• Web applications with Database systems environment (implementation, configuration, maintenance, restoration, system migration and system design) as a preference.

Additional qualifications

• Has skill or knowledge in Dealer management systems (implementation, configuration, maintenance, restoration, system migration and system design) as an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related fields.
• Have experience with Azure cloud environment (special consideration)
• At least 1-2 years experience in handling web applications and database software or related IT positions.
• Good communication and presentation
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
