• Job Qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in R&D documentation, Document Control, QA Documentation, or Product Development Support, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and BRCGS standards.
• Good understanding of the New Product Development (NPD) process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems, M3, or electronic document management systems (EDMS) will be an advantage.
