• The UX Design team is responsible for crafting world-class user experiences for TrueMoney's mobile e-wallet, and works with product managers to create features that deliver business impact and customer delight.
• We are seeking a talented, creative UX Researcher, who is passionate about mobile user experience, to join our UX Design team, reporting to the Head of Design. In this role, you will use your knowledge and talent to drive actionable insights that help guide decisions as we create engaging, customer-focused experiences for our users.
• Work with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities and manage the research roadmap.
• Define, plan and conduct user research using a variety of research methods, within budget, timeline and project requirements.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to deliver compelling user insights and actionable feedback to product teams and business stakeholders.
• Create personas, research reports, and artifacts such as customer journey maps, and use-case documents to deepen the organizational understanding of our users.
• Coach and mentor the design and product teams on research best practices.
• 3+ years in a usability research role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable customer insights.
• Broad experience in different qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the knowledge of when to apply the appropriate methods.
• End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, communicating).
• Effective communicator able to work in native Thai and English.
• Comfortable with metrics; able to combine quantitative data with qualitative user research.
• Proven self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Track record of being extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects without getting overwhelmed.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, and data visualizations).
