• Assistant Manager-Media Excellence is responsible for building and advancing the organization's media capabilities across all brands. Acting as the company's media capability lead, this role enables brand teams to maximize media effectiveness through strategic consultation, audience expertise, platform knowledge, and media adoption technology.
• Working closely with brand teams, media agencies, CRM, technology teams, and platform partners (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok), the role drives media best practices, identifies new media opportunities, strengthens audience activation capabilities, and ensures effective execution of paid media campaigns for strategic business initiatives.
• Media Capability & Consultation.
• Serve as the organization's media expert, providing consultation and recommendations on media planning, audience strategy, campaign objectives, and performance optimization.
• Review and challenge media plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, audience strategy, and platform best practices.
• Develop media playbooks, governance, and best practices to continuously improve media capabilities across brands.
• Educate and support brand teams on media trends, platform capabilities, and evolving digital advertising practices.
• Audience & Media Technology.
• Collaborate with CRM and technology teams to enable first-party audience activation and media technology initiatives across digital platforms.
• Manage and maintain CRM audience segments across advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok) to support campaign targeting and activation.
• Monitor platform capabilities, advertising technologies, and algorithm updates to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Support troubleshooting of audience, tracking, platform, and campaign-related issues across brands.
• Platform Partnership & Innovation.
• Act as the primary point of contact with media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key partners.
• Build strong relationships with platform partners and media agencies to stay ahead of new advertising products, media solutions, and industry trends.
• Identify and introduce new media initiatives, technologies, and innovative approaches for brands to pilot and scale.
• Campaign Execution & Performance.
• Lead paid media planning and execution for new brands, catering businesses, corporate campaigns, and other strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with media agencies to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and optimized toward business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Project Management.
• Lead or support cross-functional media and digital marketing projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4-6 years' experience in digital media, performance marketing, media agency, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of media planning, audience strategy, digital advertising platforms, and media technology.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, or other digital analytics platforms.
• Experience working with CRM audiences, audience activation, or first-party data is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
