• Ensure all visual merchandising activities are aligned with the Corporate Identity of Brands, products, image, and target market, maintaining consistent and premium brand experience.
• Monitor store execution through regular store visits and visual merchandising audits, identify improvement opportunities, and coach store teams to continuously enhance visual merchandising effectiveness and execution quality.
• Train and support store teams on visual merchandising standards, best practices, and campaign implementation to strengthen execution capability across stores.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising in relevant retail experience in a luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry, and watch industry or in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end VM process, including planning, project management, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Window display experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Creative and innovative thinkers who combine artistic aesthetics with functional design solutions.
• Strong planning, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
• Good at both written and spoken English.
• Able to travel and work in upcountry branches.
